Like the other builds, Shelton Interactive provided the design, we also imported the clients blogger content into the wordpress build. Site also featured custom fields to accommodate the design and still leave the content editing in one place, and built the theme as a thematic child theme.

Site featured a blog, and was an established blog on wordpress.com. So we needed to transfer the existing blog and try to keep as many subscribers as possible, which we discovered you can only transfer email subscribers from wordpress.com, the wordpress.com users that follow you can’t be exported from wordpress.com, and you have to contact wordpress to get this done. WordPress support was very helpful though and we got it done rather quickly.
